Rick Arnold is an executive technology leader who specializes in architecting resilient IT infrastructures for healthcare organizations. With nearly 30 years of experience, Rick currently serves as Principal at RRA Healthcare IT Consulting Services, LLC, where he partners with providers to design business-continuity strategies and optimize technology investments that support mission-critical workflows. Previously, Rick was Vice President of IT for Outpatient Technology Services at Radiology Partners and spent three decades at Fairfax Radiological Consultants as their CIO where he was instrumental in building their IT team and contributing to large outpatient growth, helping make FRC the premier radiology practice in the Washington, DC area.  Prior to that, Rick held various positions with a software firm in Florida specializing in supplying solutions to outpatient radiology groups across the country.  He has a Bachelor of Science in both Management and Finance and is a certified PMP.
